Did you ever hear of the Lotto Black Book? Larry Blair, the writer from the book, claims he has devised a step-by-step formula on how to increase one's chances of winning the lottery (up to 48.7%.) In fact, the author himself already won the lotto for Three times, and that is not only any winning, but we're talking about a $3.5M winning overall. In addition to that, he even got shot in the leg by a few guys who realized that he kept on winning and desired to know his secret. (Luckily, they got away.) Well to cut the long story short, his lottery system appeared to work for him.
